Walking in to an actual gym due to being a very anxious person was one of the scariest things I’d done in a long time. However, from day one everyone there was so welcoming and friendly which instantly put me at ease. From the very first session l’ve always left the gym on an incredible high leaving me eager to go back as soon as I can. Not only have I seen a huge change in myself physically the mental change is beyond words. The anxiety is long gone I practically skip into sessions now because I can’t wait to get in there. So much so l’m disgusted we have to take rest days lol. I can wholeheartedly say though that the best part of it is the people. I have without a doubt made some wonderful new friends and my only regret about joining fortitude is not joining sooner. 12 weeks in and loving every second of my journey. I cannot wait to see where the next 12 weeks take me. Finally thank you to all you coaches you really are the best these changes wouldn’t have been possible without you.
You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
